HVAC Testing & Balancing
A commercial HVAC system is only as good as its airflow numbers. Heating & Cooling Two performs testing and balancing for Twin Cities commercial buildings — measuring actual airflow at every outlet and adjusting the system until it delivers what the design calls for. Since 1980. Call 763-210-4646.

Triggers
When you need T&B
- New construction closeout requiring documented airflow
- Tenant improvement or remodel that changed the space
- Hot and cold complaints from tenants or staff
- Pressure problems — doors slamming, drafts, odors migrating
- Equipment replaced but comfort didn't improve
- Energy bills out of line with similar buildings
Measure, adjust, document
We measure, document, and adjust — dampers, fan speeds, and diffusers — until the numbers match the design. You get a report showing what every outlet delivers, which is exactly what inspectors, owners, and tenants want to see.
FAQ
Testing and balancing questions, answered
What does testing and balancing include?
Measuring airflow at each diffuser and grille, comparing against design specs, adjusting dampers and fan settings, and documenting the results.
My building has hot and cold zones — will balancing fix it?
If the equipment is sound and the ductwork is intact, balancing is usually the fix. If we find a duct or equipment problem instead, we'll show you.
Do you provide reports for inspections?
Yes — documented before-and-after readings for closeout, commissioning, or owner records.
